Refund policy

1. Lights To Go must be advised within 15 days of receiving material that you desire to return material.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving material.
3. Returned material will not be accepted if modified, altered, or showing signs of use.
4. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
5. Returns of special-order items and custom products will not be accepted.
6. You must obtain our permission and shipping instructions for all returns.
7. All returned goods must be marked with our RMA number.
8. No credit is allowed for goods returned without our consent.
9. All orders shipped outside the USA are final sales. No returns or refunds (except for verifiable manufacturing defects).
