1 Year Defect Free Warranty

All of our electronic control products, except encapsulated flashers, are warranted to be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a control unit or LED module fails within this period, we will provide an RMA number to return the unit for repair or replacement. Lights To Go Inc. cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for product misuse, alteration, or misapplication, and liability shall not exceed the original selling price.

Recommended Lamp Compatibility - Important Notice

Lights To Go Inc. recommends the use of LED signal modules with all electronic control boards. LED modules are energy efficient, offer longevity, and provide optimal performance for control boards.

When incandescent traffic signal bulbs are used, it is strongly recommended that only new bulbs rated at 40 watts or less be installed. The use of worn, failing, or higher-wattage incandescent bulbs presents a risk of electrical fault that may damage or destroy the control board. Such damage resulting from the use of incandescent bulbs - including bulb failure or burnout - is not covered under this warranty.

Return Policy

1. Lights To Go Inc. must be advised within 15 days of purchase date that you desire to return material.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving material.
3. Return material will not be accepted if modified, altered, or showing signs of use.
4. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.
5. Returns of special order items and custom products will not be accepted.
6. You must obtain our permission and shipping instructions for all returns.
7. All returned goods must be marked with our "RMA Number".
8. No credit allowed for goods returned without our consent.
