Lights To Go Inc. will ship orders via FEDEX or USPS unless other arrangements are made. Lights To Go Inc, only ships its own account.
We reserve the right to change shipping carrier based on best available rate(s) and delivery time(s) in order to provide our customers with the best service available.
We may use FedEx Poly Mailers for signal controller orders. This is the fastest and most cost effective method for most of these light weight packages. Delivery is typically about 2-3 days anywhere within the continental 48 states. Non-continental United States orders, please allow an additional 5 working days to process. Most often International orders will be shipped via FedEx Express due to price, avg transit times and a tendency for your package to clear customs faster.
For our traffic light and signal hardware, we will typically use FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are expressly made. Additional charges may apply if an express shipment is needed (FedEx Priority, Two Day or Next Day Air.)
Lights To Go Inc is not responsible for any potential Duties, taxes or fees that may be incurred when crossing borders and being processed by customs. Any additional Duties, Taxes or Fees are the purchaser responsibility.
If a given package is undelivered and is returned to sender, it will be up to "Lights To Go Inc" as to weather the purchaser will need to be charged to reattempt delivery. Each case will be handled on a case by case basis.
