With the included handheld key-fob remote, staff can change the display to guide noise levels or trigger an immediate emergency alert. For optimum operation, maintain a clear line of sight between the handheld remote and the signal. The signals help students understand expectations and urgent instructions without constant verbal reminders, even in loud environments.

Standard Operation: Volume Management

🟢 Solid Green — Normal Volume: Indicates that cafeteria, gym, hallway, or classroom noise levels are within acceptable, productive parameters.
🟡 Solid Yellow — Caution: Warns that sound levels have exceeded acceptable parameters and require immediate adjustment.
🔴 Solid Red — High Noise Alert: Signals excessive noise. Absolute quiet is required until the indicator returns to Green.

Emergency Operation: Campus Safety Alerts

🟡 Flashing Yellow — Hold & Await Instructions: Signals a non-immediate campus incident. Admin can remotely trigger signals (within line of sight)this alert to instruct all occupants to report to a classroom, secure the door, and await further instructions.
🔴 Flashing Red — Immediate Emergency / Lockdown: Indicates a critical hazard or security situation. Can be instantly activated via remote control (within line of sight) to signal that occupants must immediately take shelter, lock down the room, or follow active emergency protocols.
