All aluminum construction, made to mount against a wall, pole, or other vertical surface. 1.5" NPT aluminum lock nipple locks the traffic signal against elbow sure-lock teeth to prevent rotation. Includes steel washer and 1 neoprene gasket to provide a weather-tight seal. Made for 2" ID mounting holes on top and bottom of all ITE standard traffic signals. Upper and lower pair recommended for 2 and 3+ section signals.
